Week 8 Comments and Feedback

Since I just created my comment wall, I will not have comments until next week. However, I received amazing feedback from Professor Gibbs. She informed me to remove my intro page on my website and fix my navigation for my website. As for my blog, she said to not post raw URLs but post a clickable text, as well as doing this for my comment wall. I need to add a title for each of my stories in my storybook and some few other things. This was GREAT feedback I received and I can't wait to fix everything this weekend. Looking forward I obviously want to fix everything I received constructive and great feedback on. I think this feedback will also help me be more successful throughout the rest of the semester so I can stay on track and feel good about my stories and posts. I appreciate all the feedback because it makes me a better student and writer. It also helps me organize my website better and become more creative. I can't wait to fix everything and use the feedback to help me in the future. 


When I first saw this photo, I knew it was perfect for me because it shows and mentions the importance of not letting "negative" comments effect you and to take the comments positively.

 Hello, my name is Kylie Markham and I am from Highlands Ranch, Colorado. I am a senior this fall at OU. I also have a younger sister, Lindsey, who is a freshman at OU as well. I am an Advertising major with a minor in Enterprise Studies. I have two younger sisters. I was a member of the OU spirit team my Sophomore and Junior year. My favorite type of music is country, but I also love pop, rock, and hiphop. I chose to attend OU because I knew I wanted to attend a traditional university with a strong alumni presence and a large greek system.

Week 7 Story: The Miraculous Mirror

Once upon a time, there was a sun goddess, whom was high of the heavens named  Amaterasu. She was known to sit in the middle of the night weaving a web of Doom. In which, this web of Doom was so big and symbolized the characteristics of joy and dismay. Amaterasu's weaving lead to Izanagi's daughter showing up. She was known for her Lotus-pure blossoms of Love with the flame of a rapturous star. She began to spin and interweave colors that represented important things to her, like life or war.  Thunder and lightening began falling from the sky. The angels were bowling. The Hall of the Gods were sending a message from heaven.  Suddenly, the demon of fire appeared in the mist of the ran. He was called, the Dragon of Hell. Amaterasu was frightened, she left her spinning and weaving. She raged at her brother in fear.  People prayed for a sign of heaven. They knew they needed more good in this world than the devil showing itself through fire and wind. They prayed for the Sun-Goddess
